Q: How do I contact you?
A: You can contact me through contact button on my Etsy Evermore Hues store.
Q: You say you donate 50% of the proceeds. How does that work? Where does the money go?
A: My cost of physical materials (wax, wicks, jars, packaging, labels, etc) for the candles is about 50% of what I sell them for. I donate 100% of my time and that is not included in the cost. The other 50% is why Evermore Hues exists ... to support aspiring female entrepreneurs. Your candle purchase will bring joy not only to you and whoever enjoys the candle, but also to these amazing women we support.
Q: What happens to the decorations on the top of the candle when you burn it?
A: As the candle burns, the "topper" will blend together to form a new hue that will be unique every time. Once the entire toppers are burned you will have a beautiful top layer that blends together all of the colors of the toppers. The hue will be more intense at the top of the candle and will slowly fade as the candle burns.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Well ... it depends. I'm a full-time student, so this is my side passion. However, I'm always open to chat. Contact me via my Etsy Evermore Hues store and let's discuss what you want.
Q: What happens if my candle arrives damaged?
A: I do my best to protect the candles in transit, but if for whatever reason you receive a damaged candle, send me pictures, and I will replace it at no charge.
Q: Can I return the product?
A: More than anything, I want you to be happy. I purchase all of the materials out of my own money and since I make no profit on each one, the cost to replace or restock a product that is not damaged comes out of the donations that we would otherwise make to support aspiring entrepreneurs. For small orders (< 4 candles), just contact me, return the products, and I will provide a full refund. Large and custom orders are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
